Ashley Schaefer

Ashley started singing the National Anthem at the age of three when she sang for the Mankato, MN Moondogs (a minor league baseball team).  At the age of four, she sang for the Minnesota State University, Mankato Mavericks men’s hockey team in front of over 4,000 people. 

She has performed for the Maverick hockey, basketball and volleyball games and has performed in several community radio plays which include It’s a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street.  She has also performed in several musicals which include South Pacific, Fiddler on the Roof, and most recently Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. The Mankato Opry Jamboree Christmas show was a big highlight for her as she got a chance to work with other musicians while performing solos, group numbers and playing the fiddle.

Ashley enjoys dancing, playing violin and piano. She loves gymnastics and playing hockey and softball.

Ashley resides in Minnesota with her parents, Ron and Ruth Schaefer, and her big sister Morgan.  Her favorite relative is her aunt Lori in Kansas.
